Josh is one of the first points of contact at Postali with law firm Owners, Attorneys, and Marketing Directors who are looking to grow their business. Having worked with well over a hundred law firms on their digital marketing strategies, Josh helps to prescribe which of our services are the right fit for a firm’s business goals.

As an accomplished Digital Marketing Consultant for many years, Josh thoroughly understands the importance of Marketing, Business Development, and Client Relations for running a successful business. In the mid 2000s, Josh took a DIY crash-course in digital marketing with his own side-projects while working as a full time metal fabricator. He designed websites for his friend’s emerging businesses, kicked-off early PPC campaigns, and experimented with online animation and video. Fast forward, after years of rewarding hard work within blue-collar and sales roles, Josh decided to pursue digital marketing professionally. Subsequently, he deepened his marketing experience while working for a large Software and Digital Media company that serves the fast-paced retail world of the Automotive industry. Then, in 2019, Josh transitioned to the complex world of digital marketing for small to mid-sized Law Firms to help them connect with online consumers seeking Professional Legal Services.

While he’s directly helped hundreds of clients grow their businesses over the years through strategic online marketing, Josh now leads New Business Development and Marketing Consulting for Postali.

Josh not only brought years of Digital Marketing and Client Relationship experience to the team, he’s also very passionate about helping demonstrate to potential clients the immense benefits of working with a dedicated hard-working Agency. He enjoys building deep, long-term relationships with new clients by making sure the right marketing strategy is in place for their firm from the start, while ensuring that results are measured and communicated effectively. Knowing that Postali is not a fit for every Law Firm, Josh works deliberately to ensure the agency is hired by the right clients.
