Graphic Designer

Postali is a marketing agency that helps law firms grow. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong eye for layout, typography, and hierarchy who wants to develop their skills through meaningful client work and hands-on mentorship.

You’ll report to our Senior Designer and work primarily on website designs, social media graphics, and ongoing creative requests for our clients. You’ll contribute your own ideas, receive thoughtful feedback, and gradually take on greater ownership of projects.

This role offers room to grow toward senior-level design responsibilities as your skills and judgment develop. You should bring strong design fundamentals, curiosity, and care for your work. We can help you build your knowledge of website design, Figma, and legal marketing.

In this role, you’ll:

• Design custom homepages and interior website pages with guidance and review from our Senior Designer, progressing toward ownership of smaller website projects.
• Create social media graphics, digital advertising assets, and other visuals that support our clients’ marketing.
• Handle ongoing client requests, including updates to existing designs and adaptations across formats.
• Organize content into clear, engaging layouts that help visitors understand a law firm’s services and take the next step.
• Prepare organized design files and collaborate with developers to bring your work to life accurately.
• Contribute to occasional branding and print projects.
• Discuss your design decisions, ask questions, apply feedback, and improve your work through iteration.
• Explore tools and workflows, including AI assistance, that reduce repetitive work and create more time for creative thinking.

You’ll bring:

• A portfolio demonstrating strong typography, layout, hierarchy, composition, and attention to detail.
• Experience creating graphic design work, whether through an agency, an internal creative team, or freelance projects.
• Working knowledge of design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Curiosity about website design and a willingness to learn Figma if you haven’t used it extensively.
• The ability to receive constructive feedback, ask for clarification, and apply what you learn to future assignments.
• Reliable communication and follow-through, including speaking up when priorities, deadlines, or project requirements need clarification.
• An interest in understanding the audience and business purpose behind your work.

Website and Figma experience are helpful, but they aren’t required if your portfolio shows strong fundamentals and potential. Experience with social media graphics, brochures, magazines, or other content-heavy layouts is also valuable. Motion graphics, video editing, and brand identity experience are welcome additional skills.

Your growth at Postali:

You’ll work directly with our Senior Designer through project guidance, design reviews, and ongoing feedback. As you build confidence and consistency, you’ll take on more responsibility for your own projects.

During your first three months, the goal is to become familiar with our clients and standards, produce website pages with increasing independence, and begin owning a smaller project with your manager’s guidance.
