Postali is a digital marketing agency for attorneys. While our home base is in Columbus, Ohio we’ve been serving law firms nationwide for over a decade. Our start as a direct mail campaign service provider (hence the name) has grown into all things digital. From website design and development, SEO and PPC and all of the strategy and creative output that comes with this, we are the place for law firms to get all of their marketing needs met. But our longevity in the industry and track record of success is only possible because of one thing, our team.

Postali is the choice for so many attorneys to work with because we are a great company to work for, and that same care and support we provide team members is reflected in the work we do for our clients.

The Office

Our office is located in the heart of downtown Columbus in the Arena District. We’re within walking distance of Nationwide Arena and the Short North Arts District – meaning plenty of lunch and happy hour spots to choose from! Inside our office you’ll find an open layout designed to foster collaboration and conversation amongst our team members. Like at home, the kitchen is often the place where we catch up, usually over a fresh cup of locally roasted coffee.

While we value the time spent together in the office, we also ensure flexibility with our team’s personal schedules. We’ve all heard the phrase “Work-Life Balance,” but we prefer to say “Work-Life Integration.” Your life doesn’t stop when you start your workday, so we support our employees fully – in our shared workspace and beyond.

We proudly provide a comprehensive benefits & perks program – and, we are always dreaming up new offerings to support our team.

Our Values

People are the Reason

We desire genuine connections over surface level relationships. We may not always care for small-talk, but we’re focused on what really matters. Exceeding expectations, strengthening bonds, making a difference.

Bring Passion

We’re here for inspired work. Work that you can get lost in, like a good book that you can’t put down. We have to be driven by our own motivations to be better – for our clients and for ourselves.

Imagination + Intelligence > Resources

There’s never a lack of resources, only a lack of resourcefulness. We’re too clever to solve problems by throwing more time and money at every obstacle we hit. And, frankly, that’s not the way to think about our time or our client’s money.

Be an Architect

Everybody hates change – except us; bring it on. Our market moves fast and we have to set the pace or get left behind. We need to have the vision to see what’s coming, imagine the next solution, and make it happen.

Be Committed

We aren’t interested in churn & burn or half-assed work. We’re here to follow through. This doesn’t mean we’ll be perfect the first time, but it does mean we’ll give full effort and stick with it until it’s right.
