Out of the 235 nominations submitted for Columbus Business First’s Best Places to Work — the longest-running awards program in central Ohio — Postali was honored as one of the top quality employers in the region. The survey and award program, now in its eleventh year, identifies, recognizes and honors the best employers in central Ohio.
President John Sickmeyer remarked that, “This is a great honor for all of us. I appreciate everyone taking the time to complete the survey and provide such positive feedback about the business and its work culture.”
This year’s list comprised 51 companies. An alphabetical listing of those companies named as Best Places to Work in Columbus appeared last week on Columbus Business First’s website. The 51 organizations on this year’s list will be honored at the Hilton Columbus Downtown on Thursday, November 12.
Award data was provided by an independent, third-party survey, which was responsible for the analysis of the data and final rankings. Companies with at minimum 10 full-time employees participated in the survey to determine the Best Places to Work in Columbus. The ranking consisted of evaluating the aggregate responses for all employees within the workplace, taking into consideration the company’s workplace policies, practices, employee engagement and overall employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and their final ranking.
